My understanding of brain chemistry and how it relates to healing and learning, convinces me every day of the wisdom of my Grandmother. Violet May Horn castle had a Grade 4 education and was the wisest woman I will ever know.
When people feel encouraged and supported, when we can smile and laugh, relax and enjoy a shared activity, we naturally build greater confidence and stronger communication skills.
